Scheduled Flights: Scheduled airlines reserve the right to adjust their prices at any time. The price is only guaranteed once full payment has been made. Payment of the deposit secures your seat but does not lock in the final price. Price increases resulting from direct government actions, such as the introduction of VAT, fuel surcharges, or passenger levies, are outside of our control.
Should minor changes to your holiday become necessary (such as adjustments in itinerary), we will notify you as soon as possible. Minor changes do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of the booking without penalty.
If major changes occur before your departure, such as a change in departure time by more than 12 hours or a change of airport, we will notify you immediately. In case of such a major change, we will offer you the following options:
Some of our group holidays are dependent on a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and refund your payment. If group sizes decrease, prices may increase, which will be communicated.
Your confirmation invoice will include details of airlines, flight numbers, and schedules. However, we cannot guarantee specific airlines or aircraft types and reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary.
The individual making the booking is responsible for paying the full amount for all passengers included in the booking. Any changes or additional fees will be their responsibility.
No booking will be considered confirmed unless we have received the required deposit. The deposit guarantees your seat but does not lock in the final price unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to make changes to your holiday (excluding adding more travelers to your group), we will charge an amendment fee per person. These fees vary and will be disclosed at the time the change is requested. All changes must be confirmed in writing. Any additional taxes levied after booking will be your responsibility, and you will be informed before ticket issuance.
Should you need to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation charges will be applied based on the following schedule:
After ticket issuance, cancellation typically results in the loss of 100% of the total cost. Please consult your reservation adviser for specific details. Charter flights carry a 100% cancellation fee both before and after ticket issuance.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel any financial product, including insurance, without penalty (30 days for life insurance or personal pensions). If you cancel after this period, an administrative fee of £25 per insured person will apply, along with a proportionate charge based on the days of coverage used.
We accept the legal jurisdiction of the courts in the part of the UK where the client is domiciled. For clients not domiciled in the UK, the courts of England will have sole jurisdiction.
The company acts solely as an agent in flight, accommodation, car hire, and package holiday transactions. The contract is between you and the principal provider of the service, and the company is not liable for the actions or omissions of these third parties.
